Hi, I’m Meera! A NICU nurse, foster parent, and mom to a sweet baby boy. For years I’ve cared for fragile newborns in the hospital, supported families as they navigated the NICU, and opened my home to foster children of all ages. Those experiences have shown me how much support new parents need once they bring their little one home and how transformative the right guidance can be.

Through Hello Little One Newborn Consulting, I combine my professional expertise and personal journey into a warm, hands-on approach. I meet families right where they are, in their homes or virtually, to help with feeding, soothing, sleep, baby care basics, and the emotional transition of becoming parents. My goal is simple: to help you feel confident, calm, and cared for in the newborn days.

Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, I believe every family deserves support, compassion, and practical tools to make those early weeks a little smoother and a lot more joyful.
